Regional Combines

Play for Canada on the world stage!

The Canadian Lacrosse League (CLL) is excited to announce seven (7) Regional Combines that will take place in 2021 across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and for the first time Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and Quebec. Each Regional Combine will provide eighty (80) players, forty (40) junior players ages 18 - 20 (born 2003 - 2001) and forty (40) U17 and U15 players ages 15 - 17 (born 2006 - 2004), the opportunity to work closely with our Canada staff in a controlled environment to showcase their athleticism, skill, and lacrosse IQ in preparation for the 2021 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship, 2021 IIJL World U17 Lacrosse Championship, 2021 IIJL World U15 Lacrosse Championship, and all future events.

The Regional Combine experience includes athletic testing that provides players with a benchmark and ranking amongst the 200 players competing in their same age category. Canada staff will also pace players through a controlled, full-game scrimmage, officiated by a three-man crew under National Lacrosse League (NLL) rules modified for international play. New to the Regional Combines will be media training that will provide players with coaching in front of a camera and how to conduct themselves when working with the members of the media.

MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THE REGIONAL COMBINES WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON AS PROVINCIAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO UPDATE COVID-19 GUIDELINES
