OVERVIEW
The Canadian Lacrosse League (CLL) is seeking an ambitious and skilled digital marketer to support the long-term growth and execution of the league's brand and marketing strategy. Individual must be a serial self-starter, highly-capable, eager to deliver against aggressive targets and bring a bit of an edge as the directive voice of the CLL. The candidate will be asked to immediately begin work on the creation and execution of a revamped brand strategy with high growth and engagement targets. Fluency in all digital marketing mediums is a must: Email, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, Referral – in-home, and out-of-home proficiency is a plus. The candidate must be a doer as well as a strategic thinker with upside. The position will be a driving force in the visual brand and messaging moving forward.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five (5+) years of brand development and marketing experienceÂ
- Fluency in all digital marketing mediums with an emphasis on email and paid digital marketingÂ
- Highly-skilled and proficient in email marketing; must demonstrate the ability to develop and grow an “A”-level email marketing strategyÂ
- Experience with spending across core digital marketing channels Strong analytical capabilities – with the ability to speak to digital marketing KPIs and analysisÂ
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and team-based skillsÂ
- A hard worker who is a “doer” first; must be ready to roll sleeves upÂ
- Experience working with digital agencies is a plusÂ
- Strong writing and copywriting skills are a plusÂ
- Sports or events marketing background is a plusÂ
- Deep understanding of the lacrosse landscape in Canada, internationally is a plus
- Highly-motivated and eager to make an impact on the organization and game of lacrosse
COMPENSATION
- Based on candidate's experienceÂ
- $48,000 to $72,000 annually
