Coaching in Canada shouldn't feel like you're working against the system. Too many leagues continue to operate in a way where the "have" teams keep getting stronger—while the "have-not" teams are left trying to keep up. Coaches are expected to deliver high performance without the structure, support, or standards needed to actually succeed. 

We know the frustration. And we're building something different.

CLL is committed to a Long-Term Coaches Development (LTCD) model that mirrors the same growth trajectory we provide to players. Our approach is centred around communication, education, and professionalism—creating an environment where coaches can grow, contribute, and perform at a high level. 

We believe coaches are not just participants in the system—they are foundational to the future of the game in Canada and beyond.

Submission of this Interest to Coach form does not serve as an application nor guarantee a prospective coach employment with the Canadian Lacrosse League or International Indoor Junior Lacrosse. Once an Interest to Coach form is submitted using this portal CLL staff members will contact qualified prospective coaches with the appropriate information and schedule a call. Prospective coaches are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible; in regards to experience, goals, and current situation, to assist CLL staff members in qualifying inquiries.
