About

Are you a lacrosse official in Canada looking for a better path forward?

We want to hear from you!

Officiating in Canada shouldn't feel like you've hit a glass-ceiling. Too often, officials find themselves stuck in systems that lack clear pathways for growth—where opportunities are limited, advancement is inconsistent, and performance isn't always what determines progress. The result? Talented officials are left navigating environments where long-term development takes a back seat.

We know many officials have hit "roadblocks" or dead-ends" and are frustrated with their current situation. And we're building something different.

CLL is committed to a Long-Term Officials Development (LTOD) model that aligns with the same high-performance pathway provided to players and coaches. Our environment is centred around respect, professionalism, and high-performance—creating a structure where officials are supported, developed, and held to a consistent national standard.

We believe officials are essential to the integrity and growth of the game—and deserve a system that reflects that, not one based on "who you know".

If you're currently officiating and feel limited by the structure around you, we want to connect. Submit your information below, and a CLL staff member will follow up to explore opportunities within our system.
