Thrilling Rollercoaster Against Germany in E-Box Opener

In a game that saw five lead changes and multiple game-tying goals, only for the previously leading team to regain position, Germany came out on top by a score of 16-12 over the Canada Development Team (CANDT).

Canada was led in scoring by Max Pocherewny (Calgary, AB) who scored 3 Goals and added 1 Assist. The Player of the Game for Germany, as chosen by the German and Canadian staff was #52 Marcel Klemens, who won 17 Face-Offs and added 1 Assist.

CANDT's next game is Saturday, April 22nd, at 6:00 PM CET against Czechia, which will be one-half of the players vying for a roster spot on the Czech Men's National Box Team, with Canada facing the second-half on Sunday, April 23rd back-to-back nights.
