History

Haudenosaunee, formerly known as Iroquois, were a Founding Partner of International Indoor Junior Lacrosse (IIJL). Previously, Haudenosaunee Dehontsigwaehs represented the Haudenosaunee at IIJL Championships from 2015 to 2023. Players were selected to compete with Haudenosaunee only once their minor and/or junior commitments were fulfilled. However, at the completion of the 2023 IIJL World U16 Lacrosse Championship, Haudenosaunee Dehontsigwaehs no longer rosters teams for IIJL Championships. Now the IIJL assigns independent organizations to manage rosters on a tournament-by-tournament basis.

Once a Player Application is submitted using this form CLL staff members will contact qualified prospective players with the appropriate Information Package and instructions. Qualified prospective players are encouraged to respond to staff immediately, then complete and submit the Information Package, which will secure a spot at the requested Regional Combine, IIJL Championship, or Event.
