Canadian Lacrosse League and Sportskred Inc. Partner

CANADA - Sportskred Inc. today announced a new partnership with the Canadian Lacrosse League (CLL). This partnership will allow the CLL to utilize Sportskred technology to create, monetize, and manage their robust social media network made up of league, team, and athlete social media assets. As well as share content across all of their accounts at the touch of a button to their fans and followers.

“We are excited to be partnering with the CLL as they establish the first amateur major junior lacrosse league in Canada. Our technology will assist in managing and monetizing their social media assets at scale,” says Cara Zubko, Canada Country Director at Sportskred.

“Being able to utilize the Sportskred platform gives us a tremendous boost as we continue to develop the Canadian Lacrosse League from the top down, first with our marquee Canada roster that competes at the World Juniors and next as we build out our league in markets across Canada." said Chris Fox, President and CEO of the CLL. "Sportskred has been very easy to use, allowing us to focus on building new partnerships and bringing additional value to the relationships we already have established.” Fox added.

The benefits of this new partnership include:

  • Influencer Marketing Revenue Generation
  • Social Media Assets Value Assessment
  • Integrated Audience Data and Campaign Analytics

Sportskred gives athletes, agents, and rights holders the tools and brand connections to generate revenue from their social media. We give brands the tools to creatively and profitably sponsor multiple athletes across social media. So more athletes and clubs will earn much-needed funding while brands enjoy the significant benefits of their social media influence.

The Canadian Lacrosse League (CLL) was established in 2016 as a Founding Member Nation (Canada) of International Indoor Junior Lacrosse (IIJL). The CLL became a conduit for operating policy and marketing strategy that have shaped and fostered the creation of major junior lacrosse in Canada.
