Submission of this Player Application form does not serve as a reservation nor guarantee a prospective player a spot at the requested Regional Combine, IIJL Championship or Event, nor does it serve as registration. Once a Player Application is submitted using this form CLL staff members will contact qualified prospective players with the appropriate Information Package and instructions. Qualified prospective players are encouraged to respond to staff immediately, then complete and submit the Information Package, which will secure a spot at the requested Regional Combine, IIJL Championship, or Event.
